Advertising Placement Terms

1. Nature and Specifics of Platforms
Advertising materials are placed in Telegram channels, including channels with content aimed at an adult audience (18+). Despite the age restrictions of the channels, the advertised content does not contain age-restricted materials and complies with the legislation of the Russian Federation, in particular Federal Law No. 38-FZ "On Advertising."

2. Responsibilities of the Parties Regarding Age Restrictions and Labeling
The Operator and the client undertake to comply with advertising legislation, including labeling of advertising posts if required. All advertising materials placed in age-restricted channels are, when necessary, marked with "18+" or other required labels according to applicable norms and regulations. Both parties share responsibility for compliance of content and labeling according to agreed procedures.

3. Rules for Approval and Acceptance of Advertising Materials
Advertising materials must be provided by the client for prior approval. The Operator reserves the right to reject materials that do not comply with legal requirements or internal quality standards. All materials undergo review for conformity with laws and mandatory internet advertising regulations.

4. Restrictions on Advertising Content and Form
Placement of advertising materials is prohibited if they contain information forbidden by law, violate age restrictions, defame honor and dignity, promote violence, drugs, pornography, or other prohibited topics. Advertising in age-restricted channels must correspond to its declared status and not contradict established norms.

5. Procedures for Advertising Disclosure and Audience Transparency
All advertising messages in Telegram channels are required to be labeled as "Advertisement" with a unique identifier (token), in accordance with Roskomnadzor and the Federal Antimonopoly Service requirements. Labeling must be prominently placed in the publication or within the advertising context, ensuring transparency and audience awareness.

6. Procedures for Making Changes and Legal Aspects
Any changes to advertising materials or placement terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. In case of legal violations, advertising materials may be removed from platforms without prior notice. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information and compliance with all applicable regulations. The Operator is not liable for consequences arising from materials provided by the client that do not meet requirements.
